New ELF Owner's Guidelines

The Parties each agree to indemnify and hold harmless the other Party, its respective affiliates, agents, employees, and permitted successors and assigns against any and all claims, losses, damages, liabilities, penalties, punitive damages, expenses, reasonable legal fees and costs of any kind or amount whatsoever, which result from the negligence of or breach of this agreed purchase by the indemnifying party, its respective successors and assigns that occurs in connection with this agreed purchase. This section remains in full force and effect even after purchase and possession of purchase.  In the event of a dispute resulting in legal action, dispute will be brought to justice in the State of North Carolina.  The successful party will be entitled to be compensated for legal fees, including, but not limited to the attorneys’ fees.  

 

Seller/Buyer Hiring ELFEBikeConnection

It is expressly understood that ELFEBikeConnection's role is that of an independent business transaction "intermediary", not an agent for Buyer, Seller or any other party, and is not a fiduciary. ELFEBikeConnection’s sole responsibility shall be to introduce the buyer and seller and to facilitate their purchase.

 

Furthermore, the Buyer or Seller shall not solicit buyers or sellers during the time

ELFEBikeConnection's agreed term limits or attempt to influence or collude to cut out the intermediary, contractor or agent.  All parties will maintain standards of decency, fairness and integrity in all business transactions.  ELFEBikeConnection is dedicated to protecting its customers', consumers' and online visitors' privacy on its website.
